Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Xfrate account and all associated personal data, send an email to contact@xfrate.com using the format below. This ensures we can locate and process your request quickly and accurately.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your registered email address once complete.

What gets deleted

Upon confirmation, we will delete your profile, order history, and personal data held within the Xfrate platform. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law โ€” for example, invoice and transaction records required for financial compliance.
